Inquiry Sundays
Inquiry Sundays aim to provide a forum for a deeper understanding of ourselves through self-inquiry and to support each other in living from that understanding. By exploring the nature and source of our thoughts, feelings and beliefs with meditative inquiry, we create space for a potentially transformative insight into ourselves and our life situation.
During these winter months Inquiry Sundays offer powerful interviews with well-known and newly emerging spiritual teachers, on DVD, followed by an opportunity for sharing, as well as tea and cookies. These in-depth interviews are not freely available on the internet or elsewhere.
Sessions will be held on the following Sundays from 2-4 pm. They can also be part of a personal retreat of 3 days or longer at a special half-price rate!
